Hugo joined the Clean Cities Campaign to lead our campaigns on the electrification of delivery fleets. Previous to this, he worked for five years at the European Movement UK as Director of Partnerships and Engagement building the organisation’s grassroot campaign network to be the largest pro-European campaign network in the UK. He also worked for seven years for the UK Conservative Party, developing and implementing campaigns at grassroots level.
