Andrés joined T&E in September 2023 as a Policy Analyst for the Clean Cities Campaign, contributing to building support for sustainable urban mobility policies across Europe. He is an urban planner from Colombia with more than seven years of experience in climate change adaptation and sustainable planning projects. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin, where he is now based.
Andrés speaks Spanish, English, and basic French. With some effort, he is now learning German. He enjoys photography, bike rides, and cinema marathons.
