Timothée joined the Clean Cities Policy & Research Team in September 2025. Based in T&E’s Brussels office, he analyses urban mobility policies and advances the Clean Cities’ priorities within EU institutions.
During his studies, he launched a European Citizens’ Initiative to end the aviation fuel tax exemption and later founded the Clean Mobility working group at Generation Climate Europe. He then worked as an assistant to a Member of the European Parliament during the previous mandate, particularly in the Budgets committee, before sailing to Latin America.
In addition to his native French, Timothée also speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and a bit of German. Outside the office, you may find him in a swimming pool, a sauna or on a rugby pitch.
